Los GPCR median sus efectos fisiol\u00f3gicos en una variedad de formas, la m\u00e1s famosa al acoplarse a efectores aguas abajo a trav\u00e9s del complejo de prote\u00edna G heterotrim\u00e9rica (G\u03b1, \u03b2, \u03b3) pero tambi\u00e9n a trav\u00e9s de otras v\u00edas como las \u03b2-arrestinas. Los GPCR han sido un objetivo terap\u00e9utico muy eficaz, ya que representan ~30% de todos los medicamentos aprobados. Durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada y media, la modulaci\u00f3n alost\u00e9rica de los GPCR y la diversidad farmacol\u00f3gica no anticipada han llevado a una nueva generaci\u00f3n de intenso
