Ex\/Em: 340\/505 nm se puede usar para medir Fura-2 unido a Ca\u00b2\u207a, y Ex\/Em: 380\/505 nm se puede usar para detectar Fura-2 sin Ca\u00b2\u207a. La ratiometr\u00eda es \u00f3ptima para aplicaciones de im\u00e1genes en las que se desea la cuantificaci\u00f3n de las concentraciones de Ca\u00b2\u207a intracelular y reduce los efectos del fotoblanqueo, la carga heterog\u00e9nea de colorantes y la morfolog\u00eda celular variable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sal Fura-2 LR K\u207a es una forma impermeable a la membrana de Fura-2 LR que puede usarse en sistemas sin membrana lip\u00eddica, en liposomas, o puede introducirse en las c\u00e9lulas mediante electroporaci\u00f3n, microinyecci\u00f3n u otros m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
