Estos tintes son brillantes, fotoestables y tienen un enfriamiento m\u00ednimo de las prote\u00ednas. Pueden excitarse bien con las principales l\u00edneas l\u00e1ser de los instrumentos de fluorescencia (ejem. 350, 405, 488, 555 y 633 nm). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tintes iFluor\u00ae 405 tienen un m\u00e1ximo de excitaci\u00f3n y emisi\u00f3n de fluorescencia de ~406 nm y ~427 nm respectivamente.
