Esta reacci\u00f3n cromog\u00e9nica es ampliamente utilizada para cuantificar HRP en ensayos ELISA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El producto ABTS oxidado tiene un m\u00e1ximo de absorci\u00f3n de 420 nm que puede seguirse f\u00e1cilmente con un espectrofot\u00f3metro. La soluci\u00f3n ReadiUse\u2122 ABTS est\u00e1 optimizada para ensayos ELISA que utilizan HRP o conjugados marcados con HRP y per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno en placas de micropocillos o tubos de ensayo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra soluci\u00f3n ABTS permite que la reacci\u00f3n de HRP se realice en una sola adici\u00f3n.
