Se puede utilizar para marcar f\u00e1cilmente prote\u00ednas (como anticuerpos) u otras mol\u00e9culas biol\u00f3gicas que tengan un grupo tiol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ReadiUse\u2122 Preactivated HRP maleimide es resistente y f\u00e1cil de usar. Se puede usar para marcar anticuerpos con una simple mezcla, es decir, la soluci\u00f3n ligeramente \u00e1cida o neutra de un anticuerpo (pH 6-7) se puede mezclar directamente con la maleimida HRP y la mezcla de reacci\u00f3n se agita durante 1-2 horas.
