Se puede usar para marcar f\u00e1cilmente prote\u00ednas (como anticuerpos) u otras mol\u00e9culas biol\u00f3gicas que tienen un grupo amino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00e9ster HRP NHS preactivado ReadiUse\u2122 es robusto y f\u00e1cil de usar. Se puede utilizar para marcar anticuerpos con una simple mezcla, es decir, la soluci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de un anticuerpo (pH 8,5-9,0) se puede mezclar directamente con el \u00e9ster HRP NHS y la mezcla de reacci\u00f3n se agita durante 1-2 horas. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, la soluci\u00f3n resultante puede usarse directamente para ensayos ELISA sin m\u00e1s purificaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ReadiUse\u2122 Preactivated HRP NHS \u00e9ster proporciona el m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido para realizar la conjugaci\u00f3n de anticuerpos con HRP.
