HRP es un polip\u00e9ptido de cadena sencilla que contiene cuatro puentes disulfuro. Es una glicoprote\u00edna que contiene un 18% de carbohidratos. La composici\u00f3n de carbohidratos consiste en galactosa, arabinosa, xilosa, fucosa, manosa, manosamina y galactosamina.
