Guarde el buffer de lisis celular 1X no utilizado a 4\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">PREPARACION DE SOLUCION DE TRABAJO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Soluci\u00f3n Iodide Sensor Enhancer (1X) <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregue 50 \u00b5l de potenciador de sensor de yoduro 100X (componente B) a 5 ml de H2O est\u00e9ril y mezcle bien. <strong>Nota: <\/strong>La soluci\u00f3n 1X I- Sensor Enhancer no es estable; usar dentro de las 2 horas posteriores a la diluci\u00f3n. <strong>Nota:<\/strong> Cada l\u00ednea celular debe evaluarse individualmente para determinar la diluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de la soluci\u00f3n I-Sensor Enhancer.
