El indicador mitocondrial es un compuesto hidrof\u00f3bico que penetra f\u00e1cilmente en las c\u00e9lulas vivas intactas y queda atrapado en las mitocondrias despu\u00e9s de que ingresa a las c\u00e9lulas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este indicador mitocondrial fluorescente se retiene en las mitocondrias durante mucho tiempo ya que el indicador lleva un grupo de retenci\u00f3n celular. Esta caracter\u00edstica clave aumenta significativamente su eficacia de tinci\u00f3n. El protocolo de etiquetado es s\u00f3lido y requiere un tiempo m\u00ednimo de manipulaci\u00f3n.
