Sin embargo, se ha demostrado que DAB es mutag\u00e9nico y peligroso para los trabajadores de laboratorio y el medio ambiente. Para abordar este problema, AAT Bioquest ha desarrollado este novedoso Stayright\u2122 Purple como un crom\u00f3geno IHC significativamente m\u00e1s seguro que DAB. Adem\u00e1s, Stayright\u2122 Purple proporciona un m\u00e9todo r\u00e1pido y sencillo para desarrollar una mancha p\u00farpura intensa y limpia en presencia de HRP con alta sensibilidad como DAB. El sustrato Stayright\u2122 Purple HRP listo para usar, no muestra efectos mutag\u00e9nicos con una citotoxicidad m\u00ednima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> El sustrato de peroxidasa p\u00farpura (HRP) ReadiUse\u2122 Stayright\u2122 es adecuado para su uso en m\u00e9todos de tinci\u00f3n de inmunohistoqu\u00edmica (IHC) e hibridaci\u00f3n in situ (ISH) basados \u200b\u200ben peroxidasa (HRP). El sustrato es una soluci\u00f3n premezclada estable que contiene per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno, por lo que se eliminan todos los pasos de mezcla y est\u00e1 listo para usar.
