Las ventajas de un ensayo de luciferasa son la alta sensibilidad, la ausencia de actividad de luciferasa dentro de la mayor\u00eda de los tipos de c\u00e9lulas, el amplio rango din\u00e1mico, la rapidez y el bajo costo. El gen indicador m\u00e1s vers\u00e1til y com\u00fan es la luciferasa de la luci\u00e9rnaga norteamericana Photinus pyralis. La prote\u00edna no requiere modificaci\u00f3n postraduccional para la actividad enzim\u00e1tica. Ni siquiera es t\u00f3xico en alta concentraci\u00f3n (in vivo) y puede usarse en c\u00e9lulas procariotas y eucariotas. La luciferasa de luci\u00e9rnaga cataliza la oxidaci\u00f3n bioluminiscente de la luciferina en presencia de ATP, magnesio y ox\u00edgeno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este kit de ensayo del gen reportero de luciferasa Amplite\u00ae utiliza una formulaci\u00f3n luminog\u00e9nica patentada para cuantificar la actividad de la luciferasa en c\u00e9lulas vivas y extractos celulares. Para el # de cat\u00e1logo 12518, transfiera todo el contenido del buffer de reacci\u00f3n (componente B) a la botella del sensor de luciferasa (componente A) y mezcle bien para que la soluci\u00f3n del sensor de luciferasa funcione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">2. Para el # de cat. 12519, agregue 10 ml de buffer de reacci\u00f3n (componente B) y para el # de cat. 12520, agregue 100 ml de buffer de reacci\u00f3n (componente B) en la botella del sensor de luciferasa (componente A) y mezcle bien.
