La glutati\u00f3n redutasa recicla GSSG a GSH con oxidaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de b-nicotinamida adenina dinucle\u00f3tido fosfato. El seguimiento de la relaci\u00f3n GSH\/GSSG y la cuantificaci\u00f3n de GSSG en muestras biol\u00f3gicas son esenciales para evaluar el estado redox y de desintoxicaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas y tejidos en relaci\u00f3n con el papel protector del glutati\u00f3n frente a la lesi\u00f3n celular oxidativa y mediada por radicales libres. Hay algunos reactivos o kits de ensayo disponibles para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de tioles en sistemas biol\u00f3gicos. Nota: La soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar de GSH diluida es inestable. \u00daselo dentro de las primeras 4 horas. Tome una soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar de GSH de 10 \u03bcM para realizar diluciones en serie 1:2 para obtener 5, 2,5, 1,25, 0,625, 0,3125 y 0,1563 est\u00e1ndares de GSH diluidos en serie (GSH6-GSH1). Nota: Esta soluci\u00f3n de trabajo de GSH (GSH-WS) es suficiente para dos placas de 96 pocillos. Es inestable a temperatura ambiente y se debe usar de inmediato dentro de las primeras 2 horas. Nota: Evite la exposici\u00f3n a la luz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Nota Como alternativa, se puede preparar una soluci\u00f3n de trabajo de GSH agregando una soluci\u00f3n madre de Thiolite\u2122 Green 100X con buffer de ensayo proporcionalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">    2. <em>Soluci\u00f3n de trabajo de GSH total (TGSH-WS)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Agregue 5 ml de GSH-WS a la botella de sonda GSSG (componente E) y m\u00e9zclelos bien con v\u00f3rtex. Nota: Esta soluci\u00f3n de trabajo de GSH total (TGSH-WS) es suficiente para una placa de 96 pocillos. Es inestable a temperatura ambiente, y debe usarse con prontitud dentro de las primeras 2 horas y evitar la exposici\u00f3n a la luz.
