MycoLight\u2122 Green JJ98 tiene una alta afinidad por el ADN y exhibe una fluorescencia mejorada al unirse con un m\u00e1ximo de excitaci\u00f3n cercano a la l\u00ednea de l\u00e1ser de arg\u00f3n de 488 nm y un m\u00e1ximo de emisi\u00f3n de fluorescencia a ~500 nm. MycoLight\u2122 Green JJ98 es especialmente \u00fatil como contratinci\u00f3n nuclear para ensayos bacterianos, ya que ti\u00f1e bacterias grampositivas y gramnegativas vivas y muertas.
