Ex\/Em: 340\/505 nm se puede usar para medir SBFI unido a Na\u207a, y Ex\/Em: 380\/505 nm se puede usar para detectar SBFI sin Na\u207a. Es ~18 veces m\u00e1s selectivo para Na\u207a que para K\u207a.
