Se utilizan en las ciencias de las prote\u00ednas de membrana para estabilizar las prote\u00ednas de membrana en un entorno lip\u00eddico despu\u00e9s de la eliminaci\u00f3n de la membrana celular. El tama\u00f1o del nanodisco est\u00e1 determinado por el MSP que se utiliz\u00f3 para crear el disco. MSP1D1 crea nanodiscos de ~9-10 nm de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Este producto es un kit de ensamblaje de nanodiscos MSP. Contiene un vial de prote\u00edna de estructura de membrana liofilizada MSP1D1 y un vial de fosfol\u00edpido de DMPC o POPC para ensamblar un nanodisco de MSP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Con este kit de montaje, tanto las prote\u00ednas expresadas en c\u00e9lulas como las libres de c\u00e9lulas se pueden estabilizar en nanodiscos de MSP.
