Solución de sustrato ReadiUse™ TMB, Optimizada para ensayos ELISA con conjugados HRP.

Descripción

Los conjugados de peroxidasa de Horseradish (HRP) y HRP facilitan la oxidación de TMB en presencia de peróxido de hidrógeno, convirtiendo a TMB en su producto oxidado azul.

ReadiUse™ TMB Substrate Solution es una solución premezclada de sustrato TMB con peróxido de hidrógeno. Produce un producto azul al interactuar con HRP o conjugados de HRP sin la adición de peróxido de hidrógeno. El producto azul soluble se puede cuantificar a 650 nm. El uso de una solución de parada aumenta la sensibilidad de 2 a 4 veces y la solución amarilla resultante se puede leer a 450 nm.

La solución de sustrato ReadiUse™ TMB proporciona un sistema de sustrato cuantitativo conveniente y ultrasensible para Ensayos de ELISA con conjugados HRP.
