Descripción
Hay una variedad de sustratos disponibles para detectar la actividad de la peroxidasa en los ensayos ELISA.
Los sustratos colorimétricos de HRP (p. ej., TMB, OPD y ABTS) se han utilizado ampliamente durante años. Cada uno de estos sustratos varía mucho con respecto a sus características de rendimiento, como la sensibilidad de detección, el rango de trabajo y las relaciones señal/ruido alcanzables.
Nuestro sustrato de peroxidasa Amplite® Blue es un sustrato fluorogénico soluble para la detección de la actividad de la peroxidasa. Amplite® Blue permite realizar ensayos de detección rápida de HRP con mayor sensibilidad que los sustratos colorimétricos de HRP (como TMB y OPD). El producto fluorescente de Amplite® Blue no fotoblanquea. Amplite® Blue exhibe una línea de base plana en los ensayos, lo que facilita la sensibilidad de detección de bajo nivel y permite altas relaciones señal-ruido.
